We were privileged to renovate a 1960's apartment in town centre Athens.

The landlord's scope was to have the apartment, disposed, for short - term rental via online platforms.

 

Our strategy was to restore the space back to its original Athenian urban style of the 60's.

This would both show respect to the background of the premises and would ensure safer return on the invested capital.

 

Low-cost, reliable, simple and tasteful choices of structures and materials, managed to bring back to life,

a remarkable Athenian apartment of 50sq.m, in an elegant apartment building.

 

The outcome is a cosy, friendly and consistent to its original background space, that ensures fine accommodation and continuous reservations.
